Parking

Car parking at the port or airport for the duration of your trip is not included within the price of the cruise. Port/airport parking can’t currently be booked with us online but please contact us after you have made the booking if you would like to add this to your package. An approximate cost for parking is between £12 - £20 per car per day. Alternatively we can arrange transfers from your home to the departure airport/port.

Transfers (home to port)

Transfers from your home to the port or airport aren't included but we can help organise coach transfers, taxis etc to make your life easier. Please contact us after you have made the booking if you would like to add these to your package.

Visa

Visas are not provided by us or the cruise operator. Visas and other travel documents have to be obtained by the individual passengers prior to sailing.

I experienced lots of difficulties as a disabled person and my daughters allergies weren't always managed mainly on the excursions due to lack of communication by the excursions team. I wouldn't choose this cruise line again. The hotel we were put in before and after the cruise was not accessible, several sets of steps to get up and down. But it was a lovely hotel and friendly staff.

Ship was fantastic esp staff and crew. Food was great and excursions very good esp Dunns River in Jamaica. My only issue was that our hotel reservation for the Hotel in Miami was lost during the sale of the hotel to Viajero. However the manager was very good and supplied my party with 2 rooms for the night. The hotel is now more like a hostel for young people with a disco/ club going on to 3.00am. All I wanted was a sleep after a 9 hour flight from Uk. The hotel was fine,it is just we were the wrong clientele for what it is now offering. As a couple in their 60’s we did get some funny looks in reception. This did not spoil an excellent holiday and thank you for organising it.

It was our 2nd cruise could not fault it. I did feel with it being Christmas not festive and im assuming because of covid all the shows were cancelled after day 5.

Ship was beautiful but bigger than the staff and organisation could handle. The food was excellent as were the waiters. Boarding was efficient at Marseille with well organised tests. Shows were fairly good but limited in number. Buffet was very crowded. High tech systems impressive but not all features working. Cabin only attended to once a day, but bed very comfortable and balcony cabin excellent. Excursions only allowed with MSC and very disappointing and one was negligent and dangerous. No refund no help and cavalier attitude. Over all great to be cruising again but will not cruise again until we can go ashore independently, and not on an MSC ship as big as Seashore.
