Overall a good cruise, ship was excellent, and crew were all polite and friendly, especially our cabin steward, Anand.The only negative aspect, was that we were travelling with our daughter and her twin 15 month old children. When the baby club was open, the door was propped open, and we could not keep the twins in the baby section. Why wasn't there a baby gate on the door to stop babies trying to escape. The twins were constantly heading for the door, and eventually we gave up on visiting what would otherwise have been a good play area with lots of toys for children.We weren't the only ones with this problem, other parents had the same issue.

My wife and I enjoyed our cruise immensely. If I had one criticism it would be that the buffet restaurant can be overcrowded, but it didn't detract from our cruise at all.

It was an unforgettable holiday. Especially the waiter, 'I MADE MUKARDIKA' did impress us with his professional manner. He made the dinning time the warmest and happiest in the whole day. It is the lucky MSC has employee like him, indeed! And the assistant waiter 'SANYAJA AA BAGUS' is also great!
