Boat was really lovely and staff were great only downfall we thought was the dining area Marketplace didn't spoil our holiday because we could eat elsewhere.

Great ship. So many activities for all ages. Entertainment was amazing. Food in buffet was plentiful constantly being renewed and so much choice

Pros: Beautiful ship, staff very attentive, shows fantastic, comfortable cabins Cons: lukewarm food in both buffet and main dining and dining times are set times. Not much choice in main dining and repetitive. The lukewarm food was addressed in buffet and main dining however nothing improved

Beautiful ship, great staff, the food in the main dining room was really nice. The buffet not so much, very busy and noisy. The entertainment was fairly good.

Very high tech ship entertained was really good food in complimentary restaurant good but market place food below average

I'm going to start with the crew, who went out of their way to make our stay perfect! I want to thank you- Riky Sam Leony Ralahy, CABIN ATTENDANT, who kept our cabin in tip-top shape and the mini bar full, nothing was too much, you asked and it was there. The room was very spacious, we had a balcony with partial views, it was ok, but I would of loved it if it was full viewing, maybe next time. Dining was beautiful, Our table number was 310 in the Colorado River Restaurant, where Yuda Prabawa from Indonesia and Rosinah Makliba Mohande from South Africa were the perfect waiters on the ship, from helping us with the menu to knowing I liked a cheeky Chardonnay with my meal, it made our dining experience wonderful. Please if you can let the MSC personnel know how perfect all the staff are, all the bar attendance How kept the drink flowing at the poolside too many names to remember. My family thoroughly enjoyed this Cruise we will be happy to recommend MSC to all our friends and family.

The ship was absolutely stunning and the destination in winter was perfect with temperatures around the 30C mark. The stuff was very friendly but I think a bit overwhelmed. Apparently the ship was not full but the stuff struggled with serving drinks in a timely manner sometimes. The theatre show were fabulous. Unfortunately the food on the ship was just not up to scratch. It was tasteless and never hot enough.

We had a lovely time on cruise. Our room was really nice and good location. Staff were friendly and kept everything clean. Only issue we had was not much choice for vegetarian food especially at dinner time.
