I was impressed with the staff very kind and understanding and helpful

The size of the ship is huge , however everything is so organise and is making things very easy . No downsize at everything was just amazing , food , entertaiment , service. All the team working very hard to make us happy. Service in Green orchard restuarant brilliant and food aswell amazing . I would recomend this ship to everyone as is wothing every penny.

Just spent a week on MSC Euribia around Dubai and Abu Dhabi. The ship is huge, but it’s spotless and the staff cannot do enough for you. We had an inside room which was ideal both for the price and the additional floor space as these rooms don’t have an unnecessary sofa. Dinner in the Borealis restaurant is elegant and the food is presented and served lovely, with recommended accompanying wines. Breakfast here though I found to be a bit overwhelming, with very little room on the table and less of the ‘personal’ service experienced at dinner. The marketplace restaurant is huge, but get yourself a table away from the buffet area and you’ve got plenty of space and can enjoy your food in peace. Table service for drinks is a welcome relief, as the marketplace bar area can be very busy. I could not fault the bar staff in any of the bars; staff in the Champagne bar, Euriba bar. Sky lounge to casino bar were spot on. I recommend you do take advantage of the table service as you’re guaranteed to get a drink quicker. Whereas there are a lot of guests there are sun loungers are everywhere, but even on sea days, it was not difficult to get a bed even at midday. We visited the Delph theatre a couple of times to watch the shows. These are quite good, with 2-3 shows an evening, giving guests an opportunity to book a seat at a time that suits them. Plus, they’re only 35-45 mins long, so ideal. I could not criticise the ship, crew or staff at all; they all work together to ensure guests enjoy their holiday. The only criticism/ frustration experienced is when some fellow passengers don’t understand the principles of a queue (which us Brit’s are good at) and consider it their right to go directly to the front and be dealt with first. Note-not MSC’s fault.

Nice looking ship, dissapointed with embarkation as no greeting from staff and you actually fend for yourself even when entering the ship joining a big queue to speak to customer service The ship was full and felt very crowded I have been on other cruises with other lines and never felt crowded this ship definitely has a crammed in feel. The dining experience was poor food choice very limited and as I said above re: crowded, the tables were really close and i felt sardinified [my own word] Again I feel, and I must stress my own view, the ship for its size ratios the number of passengers they feel can be accommodated comfortably however I believe the yacht club area takes away a lot of space for the other passengers and so this should be taken into account when ratioing size to passenger numbers and so the number it accommodates lowered Please do not think I did not enjoy the experience, the gym and spa is the best I have seen, the lift system they use is great, never waited more than a minute for the lift and staff were great, Its just I was underwelmed because of the feeling off being squashed in and poor selection of food

Very large, new ship. Over 6,000 passengers on board and appeared crowded everywhere, particularly in the top floor dining area. Food was excellent, with a large variety of dishes. Salads and fruit particularly good. Generous portions also. Essentially a party ship with a lot of loud music late into the night. Our cabin was affected badly by the boom of base through to midnight from deck 7 entertainment. However, we enjoyed the New Year ‘s Eve party in the pool area. The shows were very professional, with some enormous talent during the week. The destinations were fantastic. A shuttle bus was required for each stop and became quite expensive for the whole trip. Excursions too were dear, but we did two hop on hop off bus tours, which were good, but at about £75 each person, expensive. Long waits for buses though as not enough in service.

So much to do on this ship, Food and drinks were great and despite reading some poor reviews, service was always excellent. Being with mostly Europeans, they simply don’t drink as much as us brits so always easy to get a drink! Excursions were greta especially jeep safari, as with most cruise lines you can book your own for cheaper.

Cabin spotlessly clean and well laid out kept clean by lovely steward. I had a restricted view but wasn't a problem

We had the best experience from joining this amazing ship to leaving it . Staff were so friendly and welcoming and the cleanliness was 100 percent. Very impressed with the atrium, food , drinks and entertainment. We will definitely book with MSc through iglu again.

The ship was beautiful and clean. Staff helpful . Was very disappointed as Not a lot of activities around the ship. The shows were ok. Was very surprised to see that we were charged for bowling. Not many speciality restaurants.

Enjoyed the cruise very much but it became irritating at staff going around trying to upsell drinks, food and photography. The cost of the drinks package was far too expensive too. You would have to drink a substantial amount to even break even. I also think that WiFi should be included as part of the cost of the cruise. There is the price of the cruise and then +++
