Pre-registration means that you are letting us know your interest in booking a new and exciting Marella Cruises itinerary. In the past, we have been able to book 100% of pre-registered customers onto their desired cruise for main brochure launches. Flexible Booking Terms with Marella
Covid Insurance- directly affected by coronavirus or not, you can amend/change your booking. Meanwhile, if your sailing can’t go ahead, we’ll be right in touch to sort either an alternative booking, credit note or refund.
Standards Guarantee- if your itinerary or experiences is made less enjoyable due to changes or unavailable facilities, the sailing will be cancelled.
Quarantine-Free Cruises- you won’t visit any destinations that require quarantines.
Flexible Terms- for new bookings made between 23rd July and 31st December 2020 departing between 2nd January and 30th April 2021 you can amend up to 21 days before at no extra cost, including TUI flights booked as part of your package. New bookings made between 1st October and 31st December 2020 sailing between 1st April and 31st October 2021 can be amended at no extra cost up to 21 days before departure, including TUI flights booked as part of your package. Existing bookings made prior to 1st October 2020 with a departure date between 2nd January and 31st March 2021 can be amended at no extra cost up to 21 days before departure, including cabin-only bookings and those with third-party flights.
