First time using all inclusive but regular cruisers (57 to date, including expensive ones!) Cruise was v good value. Crew were excellent, still had monkeys, owls etc made out of towels in cabin.Drink service was excellent Main criticism was serious lack of choice of food both in main restaurant and buffet. No fall back meals on offer apart from at a price(steak in the restaurant was an extra £9+) . Used the speciality restaurant - cover charge £19.99 per head - this was excellent. Ships handling of cases was as good as any and speedy too! Didnt like Palma airport as all the walking involved was ridiculously long - particularly with a wife who has mobility problems but doesnt want to resort to the 'assistance 'services Ron & Chris

We returned from a med cruise on 4/6/19 on the Marbella Dream, and can I say what a great time we both had, food, drink, entertainment, everything was great no complaints at all, although one thing was a bit frustrating, the lifts, they seemed to have their own mind and do their own thing, but once we got used to them we just got on with it. We both would like to write a special thank you to 3 staff who we deemed went that extra mile ie highly professional service to us, 2 of which were waiters who really looked after us in the Medusa lounge making sure we always had full glasses and always attentive to us, and all other passengers, their names are Tila and Aron, who we found excellent and very professional. In conclusion we could really not finish without a mention to our cabin steward Erna who looked after us in room 7023, again very professional and discreet (you didn’t see him but you knew he’d been in) Two very happy cruisers

Boarded the Dream on the 28th May 2019. My first thoughts as we boarded was that this ship could do with a little updating. As we continued through the the rest of our cruise, the decor became unimportant as we had a wonderful experience. It was my first cruise and I would definately do it again. The Staff on this ship were unbelievable. They are so polite and helpful and nothing is too much trouble for them. the make you feel really special and treat you that way too. The ship is spotless and the staff are forever cleaning and maintaining. We had an outside cabin with extra space and it was kept spotless by our Cabin Stewart, Fernandez. Fortunately, we had wonderful weather and there were many places on the ship to sunbath on different decks, you could choose. Sunbeds were not a problem. There were many places to eat on the ship, food is always available and varied, it was delicious. We were told this was one of the smaller TUI ships, but we found it to be spacious and not small at all. Enterainment was absolutely fabulous, again it was varied with different artists performing in the many different bars on the ship. With , I would class, as a westend performance in the Broadway Theatre, nightly, it was great. We made many friends on the ship, as it is a very happy and friendly place to be. My friend, who I travelled with, has minieres disease and we were considerable worried that she would be unwell because of the motion when sailing, but thankfully this was not a problem, as you do not feel anything when sailing on this ship it was very smooth, even though on the first night we had 4 metre swells, it was hardly noticeable and did not affect her in any way.
