A great selection and variety of facilities and entertainment is what you can expect onboard Marella Dream. The restaurants, lounges and bars have been treated to a stylish makeover. As for the entertainment, the plush show lounge sets the scene for glam West End-style shows and UK comedy acts. Elsewhere, there’s plenty of room for live music and daytime games for the whole family.
The dining options on board Marella Dream are as plentiful, as you've come to expect from Marella Cruises, including the Orion restaurant's stylish décor with informal dine-when-you-like seating. The Grill is where to head for juicy steaks and fresh fish, whilst Sirens is perfect to dip in and out of with luxury buffet selections.
Make your downtime just as special as your shore excursions by exploring the activities available on Marella Dream. If you remembered to pack your sports gear, then you’ll find plenty of different ways to get active during the cruise and with a well-equipped gym and pool deck, there’s no excuse to not hit your daily step count!
For more leisurely activities, Marella won’t disappoint. Kick off your day with a visit to the Ocean Spa and Beauty Salon and treat yourself to a new hairstyle, a revitalising facial or a muscle-melting massage. Carry on the pampering session by upgrading your wardrobe with a trip to Broad Street Shops, where you can pick up luxury brands for duty-free prices. Before you leave, pop to the Portrait Studio for a professional shoot so you have a keepsake of the holiday of a lifetime.
My friend and I were on the Marella Dream sailing from Malaga on the 8th March 2020. We had a fantastic three days going ashore at Oporto, Lisbon and Cádiz then the Coronavirus set in preventing us going into Casablanca and Gibraltar. Fortunately Malaga let us dock 1 day early we were the last cruise ship allowed into port and we got home on our scheduled flight. I cannot praise Captain Steve and all the amazing crew enough for how they looked after us and kept us informed as they didn’t know what the future held for them.
Would like to let you know what a wonderful time we had on our first cruise. We set sail on 6th november 2019. It was everything and more totally amazing. Our cabin was 7178 Marjun looked after us for 7 days and he was amazing kind considerate and very caring. Secondly Putu looked after us every day totally spoiling us by being at our beck and call. Please can you pass our thanks on to them. Also all staff were amazing nothing was to much trouble. We hope to return again. Best wishes paula and garry edwards xxx
Just got back from the Ancient Affair cruise. We were a group of 16 and what a fabulous cruise experience this was. Six of the group had never cruised and they were very impressed with the Marella Dream ship. Every aspect of the cruise was excellent - and we were lucky with the November weather. We will be booking again - all of us I expect!
