HUGE PRICE DROP! Transatlantic Sunset from Barbados to Majorca, 20 April 2025 (16 nights)

This boat is now showing its age, but it is kept extremely clean. In the cabin the space to get out at the end of the bed, on one side was so small, you had to climb over the bed or squeeze your legs between the bed and a cupboard. My brother cut his ankle and I think he should have seen the doctor. It took a long time to heal. Many times the hand sanitizer to the buffet was not working. Despite this we enjoyed the cruise and what fantastic staff. We would certainly use this boat again if it had the itinerary we wanted. We found the staged shows were too loud and we walked out of a few. We saw others doing the same. We have done 10 cruises with Marella and enjoyed every one.

Brilliant

We had a great time on our first cruise. The atmosphere is very good, and crew are outstanding in every aspect of their work. The food, we thought was ok, but nothing special, I suppose with mass catering the food will be limited. However, on the last night we booked and paid extra for the Kora La Restaurant, which was outstanding. The shows are excellent too. I would recommend a cabin with a balcony, as watching the sunset on an evening was wonderful. The best part was being able to explore different countries/places every day when we docked.

Nice former RC ship The Marella Discovery was a nice not too big ship that was bright and more open plan than some other bigger ships She reminded us of the Ocean Village atmosphere and vibe (if only they could have another Ocean Village ) but Discovery is starting to show her age however very nice cruise This cruise was a quicky to try Marella as other cruisers had said they were better than P&O and others The crew were first class Entertainment vairied not walk on walk off shows like Carnivals poor version of P&O Food was consistantly good Good all inclusive deal nice staff 👍
