It was my first cruise and everything was better than expected. The cabin was comfortable and everything you needed. The staff were the excellent and I was very impressed with the standard of customer service. The entertainment and facilities were very good too. The food and restaurants were excellent.

Cabin - took an inside cabin this time - shower not the best, below swimming pool area so noisy at certain times. Staff were excellent and uplifting :) Entertainment was very good. Specifically Daisy. Food excellent and amazed how such a consistent high standard can be maintained. Very much enjoyed the cruise and will def come back.

The ship was a little tired, and the food offering was a little lacking compared to our previous cruise on Voyager. However, our housekeeping team were outstanding. Dindo, Jimmy and Fainal were helpful, attentive, knowledgeable and everything they did was with a smile! It was also lovely seeing 4 Tunes again. We are planning to book another cruise for next year but would not choose the same ship as we would like to experience others in the fleet.

We traveled to turkey and cruised around the Turkish coast and Crete , we were on Marella Discovery August 24 ,it was a beautiful ship , from the food to the staff it was amazing I would definitely recommend this cruise to anyone, a big thank you to our house keeping team Violeta , Natalia and josban you made our stay even more special, I will definitely be booking with Marella Discovery again .

Excellent 2 weeks on Marella Discovery only 1 issue entertainment artists pretty much average bands superb wee Ashley on guitar was outstanding pity she was only on for 1 week beer/ lager drinkers given a great choice on package not so for cider drinkers only strongbow draught ,had to pay or upgrade for Magners or Bulmers .But would not let this stop me from booking again

Our first time with Marella. Budget cruising, a good 3 star I feel. Discovery is a nice ship. The crew were the best we have ever had on a cruise ship. Food was hit and miss. Sushi bar (extra charge) was amazing. Good itinerary although some ports are a bit of a walk to get out of. Would go on the ship again. Overall enjoyed it.

Very nice ship, clean and housekeeping team were very helpful and happy, stayed in suites 8032, 8034 and 8036. Good choice of food in all eateries.

Absolutely fab from start to finish!
