Excellent value for money. Good food and drinks available anytime. The entertainment was particularly outstanding. Recommended as an informal budget cruise.

A fantastic cruise. Saw the Northern Lights 4 times. Great selection of ports and excursions. Marella Discovery was a great ship even though a little tired in places, but now in for a refit. The crew were amazing and very friendly. Nothing was too much trouble. The only minus to our cruise was that there was never enough seating in the Islands restaurant, especially at breakfast time. This would have been fine on a Mediterranean cruise but we were in the Arctic Circle. On one occasion we had to sit outside in the cold and rain to eat. We would certainly go in a Marella cruise again.

Not only did we have a great time, we would be happy to recommend Marella Cruises to friends and family, The crew were great, friendly and welcoming. The staff in 47 were brilliant, especially on table 146, it was a real pleasure to have met them. The chef who makes the shocks is to be commended, they were lovely. The entertainment team were excellent, the shows in the theatre were really good and B12/B2 were not only very talented but really nice people, particularly Venus. The only suggestion we have is to use the tiers above the atrium could provide more seating, it seems like a waste of space to us. We have travelled with several cruise lines in the past, Marella Cruises is up there with the best

Excellent ship, food, staff and the entertainment was out of this world. The Norwegian Fjords and the northern lights were beautiful. A lovely holiday.

What a great Cruise, all the staff were so friendly, wonderful ports of call. shows were stunning and the comedian had us all laughing all the way through his show. Would recommend the ship although its going for a refit so hoping it will be better for the refit not worse. thanks Everyone especially the dining room staff on the area of 212 to 218. Oliver was such a laugh.

great cruise and we actualy saw the northern lights. Lovely ship with great food, entertainment and staff. Will defenitely cruise with Marella in future.

Excellent can’t fault it

We had a great time, such a relaxed atmosphere, crew could not do enough for you. Very friendly and welcoming. The staff in the dining room were brilliant, especially on table 146, it was a pleasure to meet them. The entertainment team were really good and very talented, B12/ B2 were not only talented but lovely people ad well. I would like to see more seating on some of the tiers above the atrium, I think there is a lot of wasted space there. Would happily book Marella again and recommend them to others.
