With its atmospheric French Quarter, New Orleans oozes character quite unlike any other American city or cruise port. It is the sort of place where anything seems to go – that is why Americans love to call it the “Big Easy”.

The Majesty of the Seas is not the first Royal Caribbean cruise we have been on. We went onboard for the Christmas period, and it was so pleasant to be greeted with nicely decoration of Christmas. Even though our room was quite small, everything seemed to be in order. The food was quite good and excellent service. It was the by far the most satisfying experience of the whole cruise. The whole trip the ship was rocking and rolling, because of the gale force winds. All in all, this is still one of my top three trip at sea. As the company of the crews really made a huge different in the stormy days.
