Our cruise with CMV was very good therefore we rate it as 5. The only issues with the Ship was the heating/cooling throughout. Some areas too cold, some areas too hot. This changed throughout the Cruise and sometimes cold areas became hot and vice versa Food was excellent Staff on the whole were excellent Entertainment was excellent Organisation was very good Our main issue regarding this holiday was the poor service we received from Iglu. Once booked it was almost impossible to talk to any advisers or ask questions. On 3 occasions we gave up waiting on the phone (on one occasion we waited over an hour) and tried to go direct to CMV. CMV were prompt and polite in answering our calls but unfortunately we were told by them we must go through Iglu. I'm afraid you have let yourselves down. I don't think we will be using Iglu again

First cruise for us and what a memoarable one it was.....”In search of the Northern Lights “. Ship was lovely, well maintained, hygiene was an obvious priority, comfortable cabin. Excellent food. Great entertainment. Crew were fantastic, very helpful and friendly. David , the Cruise Director did an excellent job. The crew were a credit to the Captain. Only “let down” was the anniversary package we booked as it didn’t happen when it should have done and we never did get the cake and photograph, although we were credited with £20 to our on board account.

A most enjoyable cruise. Our ship Magellan was well equiped. Our twin cabin was a very good size and the surprise was having tea making equipment which we had been told there would not be. The restaurants and bistros were all good with good choices of food. Entertainment was pretty good. Watched one film but screen far too small. Plenty of activities on board. We did seet the Northern Lights!!
