Banff National Park is Canada's oldest and most popular national park as well as a UNESCO World Heritage Site. The park contains pure alpine wilderness in the heart of the Canadian Rockies and is home to some of North America's most breathtaking scenery. Emerald lakes, snowcapped hills, waterfalls, glaciers and lush forest serve as a backdrop to a plethora of wildlife encounters and outdoor excursions.

Easy to get to from Banff, Lake Minnewanka is the second longest lake in the Canadian Rockies. Here you'll see some truly unforgettable sights either walking the trails along the shore line or taking part in mountaineering, biking, fishing and taking even river tour excursions.

A truly awe-inspiring sight, Tunnel Mountain can be scaled in just a few hours where you'll be treated to breathtaking views of Banff and the surrounding landscapes from the summit. Additionally, Tunnel Mountain is home to the Banff Center for Arts and Creativity which presents dance, art, theatre and opera shows.

Also known simply as the "Hotsprings" locally, this popular spot is made up of a series of naturally heated pools around Sulphur Mountain. From the pools you can look along the valley to see Mount Rundle. The pools are supposed to have a ‘healing’ property that is perfect for anyone with aches and pains so consider it a natural hot tub!

The oldest place within Vancouver at the heart of its very origins, Gastown was set up in 1867 by John Deighton whose various stories and adventures garnered him the name of ‘Gassy Jack.’ Nowadays, you’ll find fantastic restaurants, and the famous steam-powered clock in Maple Tree Centre.

In Vancouver’s China Town district you can visit the Dr. Sun Yat-Sen Classical Chinese Garden where you can see a truly beautiful collection of plant life and ponds. There is also the Sam Kee Building which is the narrowest office building ever built, spanning barely 2 meters wide!

English Bay is a beautiful beach that is home to outstanding high-end shops and mouth watering restaurants. There are also waterfront trails to follow if you like beach walking.
