Parking

An approximate cost for parking is between £12 - £20 per car per day. Alternatively we can arrange transfers from your home to the departure airport/port.

Transfers (home to port)

Transfers from your home to the port or airport aren't included but we can help organise coach transfers, taxis etc to make your life easier. Please contact us after you have made the booking if you would like to add these to your package.

Visa

Visas are not provided by us or the cruise operator. Visas and other travel documents have to be obtained by the individual passengers prior to sailing.

Lovely service of our room , staff very helpful and friendly, ship was nice enough , entertainment was a bit samey and dining options limited with serving times short compared to other cruises I have been on. Shopping was not great, limited shops

Our holiday to Vancover and the Hawaiian Islands fully met our expectations. The service standards were exceptional, and we enjoyed every aspect of the holiday.

Cabin was great and well looked after by the 2 stewards. Food in the Dining Room was good, although more variety would have improved the experience. Dining Room was a bit hectic with staff rushing all around and HAL do not manage the "shared tables" well. Often tables of 3-4 were placed on tables with places for 6-8. Entertainment on the world stage was either very good, occasionally poor and for several sea days, non existent.
