The hotel in Seattle was excellent and provided everything we wanted. The private transfers from Airport/Hotel/Ship were excellent. Disapppointed that we were not picked up from Ship to Airport at the end of our holiday, and we had to get a cab (will write separately on this matter). We were happy with the cruise itinerary and the service we received on board. The ship is old now and showing some signs of wear, although soft furnishings appear to have been replaced and were of good quality. We had issues with our stateroom as air conditioning was cold and balcony door would not secure property. We reported these issues and they were resolved within 24 hrs, so cannot fault them.Read More

The service was excellent and the staff were amazing. The food and restaurants were very good. The ship had problems on several occasions with numerous blocked and therefore unusable toilets. The entertainment was dated and amateurish - far less than we have experienced on other cruise lines. Some of the informative presentations were death by PowerPoint and need modernising with more professional delivery - reading a script and changing dated photos is poor. Try using Canva as a delivery platform. The excursions were very expensive and a bit disappointing. The trip to Ensenada was a complete waste of time - why on earth is it included?
All in all it was average.Read More
