2 San Juan
San Juan
San Juan is one of the biggest natural harbors in the Caribbean and is the second oldest city in the Americas.
3 At Sea
4 Oranjestad, Aruba
Oranjestad, Aruba
Being one of the Dutch Antilles, Aruba still retains its Dutch charm. You will notice this when you see the many windmills that are to be found in the island. Aruba is characterised by fine beaches, sapphire blue waters, almost year-round sunshine and exotic cactus. In the capital Oranjestad, admire the pastel coloured houses and the palm-lined streets. Then go snorkelling and discover the incredible coral formation and tropical fish. Other highlights include gold mine ruins in the countryside, Guadirikiri Caves and the fascinating natural limestone bridge. If you like shopping, you’ll love Aruba and its fabulous shops and outdoor markets.
5 Willemstad, Curacao
Willemstad, Curacao
Curacao is one of the Dutch Antilles. This is reflected in the Dutch cuisine served in the island’s restaurants and in the Dutch-style houses of the capital Willemstad. Here shopping is superb…the ‘Floating Market’ alongside the canal is well worth checking out. You will find anything from tropical fruits and vegetables to local handicrafts. Visit the dramatic Hato Caves, a series of grottos with underground waterfalls and ancient Indian petroglyphs, or explore the spectacular Curacao Sea Aquarium, where you will see around 400 exotic species of marine life. Dive in the sapphire blue waters near the beautiful coral reef and experience feeding turtles and stingrays. Then discover Curacao’s Ostrich Farm, where you will see how the ostrich develops from an egg to the largest bird in the world. Before you leave the island, you must try the famous Curacao’s fruity liqueur.
6 Kralendijk, Bonaire
Kralendijk, Bonaire
One of the Dutch Antilles, Bonaire is known for the preservation of nature and the marine environment. This makes it perfect for snorkelling, scuba diving, windsurfing and kayaking. But Bonaire is not only a diver’s paradise, it has something for everybody. If you are a nature lover, you can cycle and immerse yourself in the unspoilt natural landscape. The island offers a fantastic climate, crystal clear waters and year-round sunshine. Even though Bonaire is laid back and slower paced, the nightlife here is amazing. Get to meet the local people, you will find them very warm and friendly. Don’t miss out on the local cuisine in one of the many world-class restaurants of the island. If you’re looking for cool Bonairean art, jewellery or souvenirs, there’s a main shopping avenue with stores that sell unique merchandise, some made by local craftsmans.

Embarcation was easy although we found the ship to be very large the staff were excellent always very attentive, facilities plentiful and you could always find a quite spot to relax, plenty sun lounger. The cabin was clean and spacious . The food in the windjammer buffet was very good and plenty choice, main dinning room although food was fine we found the choice of menu for us restrictive also thought there should have been a choice of second restaurant that you did not need to pay extra for for th e size of the ship. Although we loved San Juan by choice we would not sail from there again as the ship seemed to be full of Puerto Ricans which we found to be a bit intimidating. But on the whole we loved our vacation .

I had an amazing experience from booking with Iglu to our first cruise, had a great time on board and in the countries we visited on the western Caribbean. We are now looking to book eastern side and do this again. Entertainment, food, amazing staff, altogether perfect only wish it had been longer.

Great holiday again! Lovely ship and amazing stops. The only couple of things are the transfered we booked through Got to the airport and no one turned up so tried calling and eventually got through and was told they don't normally pick up that early but luckily had someone in the area! This is not the first time we have had problems with transfers and would be a lot easier if the transfers were with royal caribbean. The only other thing I did think that we have now booked four cruises through iglu but with royal caribbean and because it is not through royal caribbean you don't get the benefits of being loyal to them. Other than that the holiday was great! ( nearly didn't make it as it was only the night before I called to ask about baggage allowance and asked about visas and was told we did need them oops!) But all okay .
