When will I receive my paperwork?

Upon completing your reservation with us, you will be sent an Iglu.com Booking Acknowledgment. This is sent by email within 24 hours. We are happy to post a copy upon request. The Booking Acknowledgment confirms the details of the holiday as discussed and that we have instructed the appropriate cruise line to complete the booking.
We will then send an invoice confirmation from the tour operator within two weeks. All holiday details are subject to the cruise line issuing this invoice. It is evidence of your contract with the tour operator. Please keep this safe.

Tickets are issued about two weeks before travel, we normally send them out a few days prior to travel.
