Our team will have checked any Confirmation Invoice issued by the Cruise Line to ensure that the details match those on your Iglu Booking Confirmation. Please double check that all passenger details and names are as per their passports, and that the holiday details including travel arrangements are as discussed at time of booking and as you expected.
If you see a difference in the total price of the booking or balance due date, between the Cruise Line Invoice and the Iglu.com Booking Confirmation, please do not worry. This is because any discounts we provide do not show with the Cruise Line and the dates will differ because we need to collect all money from you, in advance of us paying the Cruise Line.
If you have booked a Fly Cruise Package Holiday with us, you will only receive the Iglu.com Booking Confirmation, as we are your Tour Operator.
