How can I pay my balance?

We are able to take card payments online. Please refer to your Booking Acknowledgement for instructions on how you are able to use our secure system.
You may present a card to our Customer Care team. Please remember that charges apply (see below) unless you use a debit card issued by a UK bank.

We are happy to accept bank transfers. Details available from our Customer Care team upon request.

If you have any difficulty paying by the balance date, please contact our Customer Care team as soon as possible.

Charges for card payments as follows:
2.0% of the transaction for Visa Credit or MasterCard payments.
2.0% if your debit card was issued outside the UK or is a deferred debit card.
2.5% of the transaction if paying by American Express.
