How can I pay my balance?

The easiest way to find out how to pay your balance is via our Customer Portal, found here:


You can get your Iglu Cruise Booking ID from the Booking Confirmation we sent you. You then need your postcode, email address and date of birth (person who made the booking only).

Once logged in, you will find details of how to pay by either:
  • Bank Transfer
  • Debit/Credit Card
  • Cheque
  • Direct Debit
To set up a Direct Debit, it is a simple process, which will allow you to select what date in the month you wish to make your payments and to spread the cost of your holiday across up to 24 monthly payments. This will depend on various factors, as below:
  • Balance Due amount
  • Date Final Balance due
  • Date in Month you selected to start payments on
  • Month you selected to start payments from (Pay Balance Later option only)
  • How many months you selected to make payments over
If you have any difficulty paying by the balance date, please call our Customer Care team as soon as possible and select the Payment option on the menu.
