Disappointed with this trip. Teenagers running around and hanging round in groups - not.seen that before. Suite not cleaned properly. Lisbon a great city.

Had an enjoyable experience on Explorer. The ship is a little tired but is going in for a refit next year . Maybe try it again when it comes back to Europe.

Lovely ship,great staff the only down side was the swimming pools are so deep very strange having two pools next to each other and both about 5ft deep.

I was very disappointed due to the fact that our cabin was downgraded only to be told less than 48 hrs. before sailing. This ship could do with a face lift. It was too over crowded.

Compared to previous cruises with Royal Caribbean we were disappointed. The ship, in our opinion, needs updating. There were signs of wear and tear. Beakers of coffee for the restaurant dining!!! Discovered cups and saucers were available on request. Plastic wine glasses in Windjammer. Stains on mattress toppers. The staffs' service was exemplary apart from a situation with a meal in the Windjammer. It was 23 minutes for the situation to be resolved by senior staff. The other diner had finished their meal. The one saving grace was the fantastic deal provided by IGLU. Had it have been brochure price our party would not have been very happy. Thanks IGLU

I was extremely disappointed with RC it's been some years since I last cruised with them and I won't be again. Good job I knew I could change the tipping situation 14 and a half dollars on every order a complete RIP off. I ordered a tonic water 3 dollars that would have cost 17 and a half dollars had I have been naive. The dress code has gone out the window out of ten nights formal was suggested 3 times and people were allowed into dinner anyway they liked even in shorts spoiling the sense of occasion for those that made an effort. Wouldn't have been allowed at one time . RC definitely a no no in future
