Downsides were people reserving sun beds and not actually using them for 3 hours or more, when bars were busy there didn't seem to be enough serving staff, and sometimes food wasn't hot enough, but other wise cruise was great.

Everything as per ratings above except the entertainment was poor possibly due to cost cutting as the ship was only half full.The standard was well below other cruise lines.

Excellent cruise, live theatre was amazing, particularly the Rock Opera production, food was a little below par but the staff were very hard working.

The best things on this cruise was cabin sreward and breakfast steward. If you wanted i.e Canadian bacon or jelly you had to ask as it was not available unless you had to ask and it was "undee the counter". The buffer, you had to walk a marathon as i have never before had all salad items "diced" even tomatoes. I must say this is the worst princess cruise i have ever been om.

The ship itself is brand new and beautiful. It really sparkles. We were upgraded to a mini suite which was great and kept clean and tidy at all times by the room attendant. The cruise we went on was at 51% occupancy and I would not really want to be onboard when it is at 100%. We struggled to find sun beds during the day and anywhere to sit in the lounges during the evening. The service in the main dining room for dinner left a lot to be desired. Slow is an over statement. The food was bland and boring. The speciality restaurants though were in a different league and we enjoyed our three visits to them. The entertainment for most of the day seemed to revolve around trivia and music quizzes. I guess in all you really do get what you pay for and I can’t say a great deal more.
