North of the Sagastad Viking Centre, in the western Norwegian town of Nordfjordeid, it's run by the Vestland County Municipality and Stad Municipality. It houses an array of performances, including theatre shows, concerts and more. It’s also a cinema and library.

From the 30-metre Myklebust long ship to other fascinating displays and artefacts, it will make you feel as though you’ve been transported back in time. Gamle Stavanger is a historic neighbourhood within Stavanger, a city in the Norwegian province of Rogaland. Most of the houses in the region were constructed in the 18th and early 19th centuries and have been renovated, showcasing a flawless combination of contemporary and historic architecture.
