Disney Cruise Line offer several themed cruises and events on their sailings. Disney Cruise Line are renowned for their family cruising, but their ethos that any child should be able to participate in youth programming, regardless of ability and employing youth counsellors who have experience working with children with special needs, including autism and behavioural challenges, separate them from the rest. Each Disney ship offers 16 disabled access staterooms, including two cabins that can sleep up to four passengers.

  • Yes, Wireless Internet Access is available with Disney's Connect@Sea internet packages - the price is as per the data you use rather than time spent online. Speak to your cruise consultant for more information about the packages before you cruise, or to a Connect@Sea representative onboard.

  • All staterooms are fitted with US-style plug outlets, so guests will need to bring an adapter to use any equipment with a UK-style plug.

  • Most dining locations onboard Disney Cruise are casual, however swimwear and tank tops are not permitted. When dining at Palo and Remy guests are asked to adhere to a more formal dress code, such as a pant suit, cocktail dress, or shirt and dinner jacket. Jeans are not allowed at Remy.

  • All additional goods and services onboard such as souvenirs and spa treatments are prices in US dollars.

  • Disney Cruise Line's loyalty program is called Castaway Club. It has three different levels depending on how many times you have cruised with them, with more benefits to enjoy with each tier.

Food and Drink

  • Rotational dining enables guests to enjoy the three themed dining venues onboard. Your dining companions and wait staff will all join you as you rotate between the restaurants.

  • Disney Cruise Line can provide vegerarian, sugar free, dairy free, and gluten-free food in all restaurants, as well as kosher and other lifestyle or cultural meals at no extra charge when notified in advance. However guests are advised to declare their needs at the time of booking, and tell the head server about any allergies once onboard.

  • Yes, there is 24 hour room service and most items are included in the price of your cruise.

  • Soft drinks are included at no extra cost with meals, and from the 24-hour beverage station on the pool deck. There are additional charges for bar drinks, wine, beer, and bottled water.

  • On most cruises the drinking age is 21, however on roundtrip cruises from Europe, parents or guardians can sign a waiver allowing those aged 18 and over to consume alcohol onboard while in their presence.

Families and Kids

  • There are kids' clubs available on all ships: the Oceaneer Club and Oceaneer Lab for 3-10 year olds, Edge for 11-14 year olds, and Vibe for 14-17 year olds. Each of these offers stimulating and fun activities as well as the opportunity to meet other cruisers their own age.

  • Group babysitting is available onboard for children up to 3 years of age, for an additional fee of $9 per hour for the first child, and $8 per hour for all other children. This can be booked before the cruise, or while onboard on a first-come, first-served basis.

  • There are plenty of opportunities to meet Disney characters onboard. In fact, as soon as guests embark they will be greeted by some of their favourite faces.

  • Group babysitting is available onboard for children up to 3 years of age, for an additional fee of $9 per hour for the first child, and $8 per hour for all other children. This can be booked before the cruise, or while onboard on a first-come, first-served basis.

  • Babies are allowed to cruise as long as they are six months or older on the day of departure, and twelve months or older on Transatlantic and Panama Canal itineraries.
