We contacted IGLU to book a short Cunard Cruise from Southampton and back to to celebrate my son's 50th birthday next June. We had previously used Iglu for a similar cruise for our daughter's 50th and the service was excellent. Needless to say, it was just as good this time. The lady we spoke to was extremely helpful and answered all our questions clearly. She helped us pick out a suitable cabin, checked for food allergies, made sure all documentation comes direct to us rather than my son and just made the whole process simple and efficient. Our documents arrived by email within a couple of minutes of closing the telephone call, everything was clear and correct and that's why we use Iglu and will continue to do so.Many thanks for such good service.

We are delighted that a lady named Helen Henderson dealt with our concerns over a forthcoming cruise. She is extremely knowledgable, helpful and patient in finding another cruise with our impeding cruise to Australia and New Zealand threatened with cancellation. With the deadline approaching for full balance payment, Helen told us of the options availabe and managed to find us a lovely cruise and New York stay which is something my wife and I both wanted to do. There was never any pressure only good sound advice and we look forward to dealing with Helen on future cruises, when they become available again. Hugely disappointed and disillusioned by Iglu. My cruise was cancelled mid June but have still not received a penny of my refund due (almost 6k). The company refuse to explain their refund process to me nor give me a date of when I might expect my money. Legally I should have received this within 14 days.
