Booked on line everything went OK until we tried to pay the deposit. It wouldn't except any payments, tried 3 different cards then timed out and lost our booking. Had to book over the phone.

I think l need more help from Janet, as regards, partner and self have separate bank accounts, and prefer the end cost, to be shared.Are the country's visiting euro payment.?Do you do shuttle services in the ports requiring this need?
They were very helpful as we needed to change our holiday. They offered us sensible alternatives and helped us pick another cruise.
The confirmation received on our booking did not match those agreed with the agent. This required me to call the customer service line who were then able to confirm through Royal Carribean that the my expected cabins had been booked. Your agent who answered my query did so professionally which gave me the reassurance I needed.If it were not for this hiccup then I would have given score of 5/5.I find Iglu staff to be professional and helpful at all times and very customer orientated.Iglu are my preferred agent when booking a cruise

The booking agent Sean was excellent, we paid in full and then got another bill for £767. I rang the customer service and asked why, they were not much use really, rather disappointing.
