Booking a cruise for the first time was made super easy with iglu. We spoke to Martin and he was very friendly and answered all our questions ( there were many! ) would definitely recommend.

Disappointed with lack of attention to detail. First booked on line but wasn’t confirmed. Booked over the telephone and lack of attention to detail. Documents which arrived had two errors made by Iglu: no ATOL certificate on the portal; and had paid extra to select a cabin which was not confirmed. Awaiting a response!
I haven't yet taken my cruise so can only comment on the service I received from Craig in Customer Services which was excellent. He was so helpful and patient and very cheerful, nothing was too much trouble.
Initially I felt that I was being pressurised to buy the cruise as the customer service person kept on sending me mails & phone calls too. Secondly the cruise I booked & paid up with your customer service person did not give me all the information required & I had to ring few times to obtain further info. I am quite disappointed re the service.
Clear and consise
in the past I thouight Iglu's service was good, but have just experienced a very stressed afternoon trying to get payment through for the balance of my cruise as per your instructions for how to pay.
Payed for cruise in full online and then kept getting final demand emails every day for another £20,will not use againCruise nation a lot better experience.R.Wilson.
