The lady provided me with what I intended to buy, although she had a very strong accent so was difficult to understand. The system was down so she had to call me back, as she couldn’t answer my questions. The holiday was booked which was the most important thing for me. Then when I received my booking confirmation email, she’d used my previous address and not my new address (for the last year and used on our last holiday so it was on their system).

The cruise I wanted to book showed as available on Iglu system and P&O system but when it came to book it on line it was not really available. Kimberly at Iglu did a first class job of sorting it all out and even saved me money in the process. The only issue was that the confirmation e-mail from Iglu was a bit confused, but got sorted after a phone call.

I would use Iglu again.

I have been on several cruises now and we have booked them all via Iglu, they are always helpfull in finding the right cruise and sorting all the details out for us, however on this occasion they made two errors on my booking form and unless you are booking a cruise you cannot get beyond the answer machine on the phone lines, I have also sent an email with the mistakes and had no response from that either so come on Iglu improve your after sales.

It was friendly, efficient and quick. Mark knew all we needed to ask him. One slight hiccup though, He have us his direct number if we had any queries. We had a question we forgot to ask but when we dialled his direct number we were directed to a web site and not a person. We rang the booking line again but were directed once again to the website. That wasn’t good.
