Really good service. just wish they didn't want my payment so far in advance of when their suppliers demand it: they aren't making any interest on it after all!
rep was not familar with the cruise.
ie I had to remind him the booking was for outside cabim he though it was inside but agreed after checking.
Failed to offer me option to all inclusive.I had to make the request myself.
I have been expecting mail confirmation as i am old and not good with computors.

Friendly, efficient service.
Kelly could not have been more helpful and patient as I changed from one cruise ship to another! She quickly held the cabin number of our choice (especially as it was the last of that grade on the ship!) Answered my questions by looking up the brochure. A bright girl anticipating our not needing the free parking offered, by offering to pay for our necessary coach transfer to relocate us to our port of embarkation. I was recommended to use "Iglu Cruise" and am happy to say that this is the best recommendation I have had for some time!
So far, a better experience than with the travel company, we booked the cruise we tried to go on earlier this year(that cruise was cancelled,so we are trying again!)
Very efficient and polite gent on other end of line. Had to put me on hold for quite a while although he explained it was to check the flights part of the cruise package. Helped me amend cruise slightly so as to give me an extra night in Norway. Only problem is that on receipt of details I find I am still owing a further £10 on deal which is unexplained. I intend to check to find out why this is so. Could just be an error on part of Iglu admin system.

i booked my holiday on sunday 22nd.sept 2013 and i requested to upgrade to premier economy for my flight which i was informed i would be phoned back the next day to see if this was possible.i received no such phone call and had to phone on thursday to see if it had been done.i was told that it had not been requested.the lady i got in touch with was very helpful and looked into the matter and phoned back to say that i had got the upgrade(thank you murial)Our response:
