• Kagoshima Spring Flowers Tour - from Kagoshima Port - First you will travel to Shiroyama Observatory, where you will enjoy spectacular views of Kagoshima Bay and over to Sakurajima Volcano. After a local lunch, visit Sengan-en, a UNESCO World Heritage Site which was once the stately home of the Shimadzu Clan - a family with a long standing history in Kagoshima. The residence is set in the beautiful gardens blooming with springtime flowers (not Cherry Blossoms), featuring Sakurajima Volcano as a stunning backdrop.
• Grand Tokyo Full Day Tour - Departure time is approximately 9am, with your first stop being Tokyo Tower. Here you can enjoy panoramic views of Tokyo from the observation platform. Next you will explore Meiji Shrine which is in a picturesque and quiet area and offers an example of Japanese architecture. This will be followed by the Imperial Palace East Garden where you can enjoy a pleasant walk taking in the scenery and historical sights. You will then take a break with an inclusive Japanese-style lunch at a local restaurant. Once you are feeling refreshed you will make your way to Hama-Rikyu Garden where the features include tidal seawater ponds and a teahouse on an island, where you can sit and take in the scenery. The traditional garden offers a stark contrast to the backfrop of skyscrapers. Next take some time to relax on the Sumida River with an inclusive river cruise, providing the opportunity to see both old and new Tokyo. The last, but no means least important stop of the day is Asakusa Kannon Temple and Nakamise Shopping Street. The temple is a very famous Japanese landmark, and a very memorable Buddhist temple. A great place to get some photos followed by a bit of souvenir shopping before you return to your hotel.
• Snow Monkey Tour - Visit the famous Snow Monkey at Jigokudani Monkey Park. You will walk through the park to a hot spring pool where these Japanese Macaques like to bath in the colder months (December-March). The monkeys live in large social groups and are fascinating to watch, often completely disregarding humans.
• Kawaguchi - Views of Mt. Fuji Tour - You will start your day with a visit to Lake Kawaguchi, the second largest of the Fuji Five Lakes which can be found near to the famous Mt. Fuji. The lake offers spectacular views of Mt. Fuji (weather depending) and provides a fantastic photo opportunity. If this isn't enough, then you will board the Kawaguchi Ropeway where you will be transported to an observation deck with panoramic views of both the lake below and Mt. Fuji. Your tour today will finish with another brilliant photo opportunity at Arakura Fuji Sengen Jinja Shrine. This 5-tiered pagoda sits perfectly positioned with Mt. Fuji as the backdrop and will give you sensational photo opportunties to round off the day.
