Specialty Dining

Specialty restaurants allow travellers to enhance their dining experience during the cruise. This is a great way to add variety to your holiday or celebrate a special occasion. You can pay for meals in the special dining restaurants onboard.

Tips

A service gratuity of between $18 - $23 per passenger, per day(depending on the cabin) will be automatically applied to each guest’s SeaPass® account on a daily basis for sailings.

Excursions

If you would like to do any excursions/tours while docked these will be an additional charge. Excursions/tours can’t currently be booked with us online but please contact us after you have made the booking if you would like to add these to your package. Alternatively these can be bought while on the ship but may be more expensive than pre-booking.

Parking

Car parking at the port or airport for the duration of your trip is not included within the price of the cruise. Port/airport parking can’t currently be booked with us online but please contact us after you have made the booking if you would like to add this to your package. An approximate cost for parking is between £12 - £20 per car per day. Alternatively we can arrange transfers from your home to the departure airport/port.

Transfers (home to port)

Transfers from your home to the port or airport aren't included but we can help organise coach transfers, taxis etc to make your life easier. Please contact us after you have made the booking if you would like to add these to your package.

Visa

Visas are not provided by us or the cruise operator. Visas and other travel documents have to be obtained by the individual passengers prior to sailing.

We couldn't have been happier, the flights, the 2 night hotel stays at the start and end of our cruise, the cruise itself and 4 taxi transfers, everything felt superbly organised and of a high standard - we felt really looked after and had a fantastic time. We booked all our excursions through Venture Ashore and again, had a good experience.

As first time cruisers we were concerned as to how it would all work. We needn’t have been worried as Iglu were fantastic at organising everything for us. Special thanks goes to Lynn in the office who guided us through the maze of first time cruising. Thank you Lynn.

The cruise and transfers were excellent but I do not rate British airways flights. We flew from Manchester to London then Venice. We waited in a queue for 2 hours to check in as there were only 2 desks open! The return journey. - We could have left the ship at 7am. We got picked up at 10am which took us to the airport at 10.45 and our flight to London was 5 hours later. Our flight from London to Manchester was delayed by an hour then as we were taxi-ing, we had to return to the stand for left luggage! We arrived in Manchester at 11pm! There was a direct flight to Manchester which we would have easily made (with another airline) at midday which would have got us into Manchester at 2.30pm We were exhausted when we got home. Apart from this the holiday was fabulous and the service from iglu was great.
