Had a brilliant time, the ship is fantastic. The people who worked onboard were very happy all the time and very polite, nothing was too much trouble.

Just back from a delightful 7 day Western Caribbean cruise arranged perfectly by Iglu to the finest detail. All transfers were organised including aid for my disabled mother with utmost care & precision. It was a huge relief to have this free support at the airports in the USA, Puerto Rico & the UK. Food on the cruise was for the most part superb, though I have to say not as good as Royal Carribean. The staff on the ship were wonderful but the entertainment was pretty awful. Only gripe about the Iglu rep was that she didn't mention the need for a particular document to land in the USA, even though we were in transit & we almost missed our first flight, had it not been for the quick & determined efforts of a UK airport assistant with Delta!
