Princess Cruises’ Cancelled Sailings and Alternative Options

Princess Cruises have cancelled sailings from Southampton on Sky Princess, Regal Princess and Island Princess through 25th September 2021. However, these have made way for an alternative series of short breaks and week-long cruises departing from Southampton. Please read on to find out more details.

 

If you have a booking affected

For guests booked on a cancelled voyage, you can transfer to the equivalent cruise in 2022. The rebooking process will have the added benefit of protecting your 2021 fare on your 2022 voyage. Alternatively, you can choose a future cruise credit (FCC) equivalent to 100% of the cruise fare paid plus an additional non-refundable bonus FCC equal to 10% of the cruise fare paid (minimum £25) or a full refund to the original form of payment.

For guests currently booked on a cancelled voyage where there is no cruise available in 2022, you will automatically receive a refundable future cruise credit (FCC) equivalent to 100% of the cruise fare paid plus an additional non-refundable bonus FCC equal to 10% of the cruise fare paid (minimum £25). Alternatively, guests can request a full refund to the original form of payment.

 

What to do next

Please indicate your rebooking preference by filling in our online form and choosing between the following options:

1. Move your sailing to the equivalent 2022 voyage.

2. Rebook your holiday - your FCC will be available for online booking shortly.

3. Accept your rebooking benefits to be used at a later date.

  • New summer sailings will be released in the coming weeks.
  • Book online for additional discounts using your FCC.

4. Request a refund - you have up to 15th April 2021 to decide.

 

New Sailings

Princess Cruises has revealed it will launch a series of short UK cruises departing in late summer. Regal Princess and Sky Princess will offer short breaks and week-long holidays sailing from Southampton. The cruises are available to UK guests only and will go on sale later this month.

 

Flexible Cancellations Policy

Through Princess Cruises’ ‘Book with Confidence’ policy, for bookings made by 30th April 2021, guests can cancel up to 30 days prior to sailing for voyages departing through 31st October 2021 and receive cancellation fees back as a Future Cruise Credit.
