From the time we booked the cruise with Iglu (some 6 months prior) everything went extremely well (Big thank you to Richard) first contact. We were kept informed all the way. We have been on several cruises before but never with Fred Olsen. What a lovely ship and small enough to dock at every port we visited without the use of a tender. The staff on the ship were very helpful and polite and could not do enough for you. The window room was bigger than I imagined and we had enough space. Food first class and what a variety. The evening shows in the theatre from singers to dancers were brilliant. Would certainly use Fred Olsen again
