P&O Cruises' 2019 Cruise Collection Highlights

4th September 2017

P&O are offering some truly exciting opportunities in their summer 2019 cruise programme, read on for a summary of the best highlights.

Weekly – 7 Night – Cruises to the Norwegian Fjords

Because of the popularity of this destination, summer 2019 will see P&O Cruises' three big ships – Britannia, Azura, and Ventura – make weekly cruises here between April and September. Arcadia, Aurora, and Oriana will also undertake longer (12 to 18 night) voyages to the Norwegian Fjords, offering plenty of cruise options for everybody.

More Discovery Led Itineraries

An increase in 14-19 night journeys to more unusual destinations is also planned for summer 2019. These cruises allow guests to discover and explore new and interesting places – including Propriano in Corsica, and Olbia in Italy. There will be both family-friendly and adult-exclusive options to choose from.

Cruises to Match your Hobbies

2019 will see the return of well-loved themed cruises. The stars of Strictly Come Dancing will again make an appearance, so pack your dancing shoes and join in with Salsa, Waltz, and other fun dance lessons. P&O’s association with various British Food Heroes will also be continuing, and guests can make the most of cooking seminars, wine tastings, and Q&A sessions to enhance their foodie knowledge. Another popular option is the Monaco F1 cruise – on which motor sport fans can combine their passion with their holiday.

New Ports

P&O ships will be adding some new ports to their repertoire: Le Verdon, Bordeaux and Fredericia, Denmark. These exciting locations offer pretty views and classic architecture: in essence, quintessential Europe.

Ensure you get the exact cruise you want by securing an early booking on a P&O summer 2019 cruise today.

Why book with P&O Cruises? Get Ahead for Summer 2018

Updated May 2018

It's the little moments that mean a lot. That's what P&O Cruises had in mind when they designed their truly British ships infused with contemporary style.

Order from menus designed by some of Britain's top chefs, browse wine lists compiled from across the globe, and top off each evening with a spectacular show, tribute band, or simply relaxing in a bar.

It's about escaping from the rigours of routine, perfecting the art of the long lunch and working your way through the indulgent cocktail menu. Sipping a G&T by the pool as the sun dips below the horizon, escaping to a private haven in the spa, or feeling the wave of excitement as your ship draws nearer to a new destination.

A great holiday is made up of special moments that you can't help but replay over and over again, and that always brings a smile to your face. These are the moments where you can't help but think... This is the life.

P&O Cruises offer sailings all around the world, from the beautiful Mediterranean to the tropical Caribbean. But there is a lot more to a voyage with P&O Cruises than the destinations visited. With an excellent choice of restaurants, onboard activities, and entertainment, there is plenty to get involved with onboard. You can even book a themed cruise and sail with celebrity guest stars whether it be having a cooking lesson with Marco Pierre White, or dancing the night away with the stars of Strictly Come Dancing.

What our customers say

"I booked a Fred Olsen cruise with IGLU last month and was so impressed by the service I received. The staff member I spoke to was Kimberley and she was exemplary. Capable, kind, professional, patient, friendly and knowledgeable. She went through every step of the way calmly and thoroughly. IGLU were recommended to me by friends and I have no hesitation in passing the recommendation along. Well done IGLU and thank you. "

"So easy to deal with, I studied the Cruise I wanted, did my research with different company's and returned to Iglu. I had three quotes matching Iglu’s cost, but with one phone call they beat the price themselves by £40 without me even asking, how easy was that! "
