Azamara Cruises dining offers the fantastic cuisine that you could expect from a 5-star cruise line, with the added bonus of being in an informal, club atmosphere more akin to a country manor than a cruise liner. The cuisine on offer gives the perfect balance of the typical cruise line dining room, casual venues and, of course, specialty dining thanks to the steakhouse Prime C.
Where Azamara Cruises stand out is in the fact that you can eat in the main restaurant in your favourite chinos, as opposed to digging out your dinner suit. In addition, if you are staying in a suite, the specialty restaurants are included in the cruise fare while for everyone else there is a small cover charge.
Whether you fancy a gastronomic treat or a hamburger hot off the grill, there is plenty of choice onboard these luxurious, yet informal ships.
Azamara Cruises also have a couple of fantastic specialty restaurants, available for a small cover charge, offering more variety to your dining options.
Enjoy an evening in the showcase theatre with one of the Azamara Cruises Cabaret shows. Relax into the soft, comfortable seating and take advantage of the cocktail service while you marvel at the onstage entertainment.
The lounges and bars onboard Azamara Cruises' ships offer an elegant setting to enjoy fine wines or classic cocktails. Take in the relaxing ambience and live music that the great venues have to offer.
For those who believe in Lady Luck the Luxe Casino is the venue for you. Set in sophisticated decor to create an atmosphere to match, the casino has all your favourite games, from blackjack to roulette. So why not try your hand and see if it's your turn to hit the jackpot?
During the onboard art auction you can enjoy a glass of champagne while you add to your art collection, or start a new one, with stunning art throughout the ship and pieces from the likes of Chagall, Dali and Lichtenstein all on display.
Committed to providing guests with an enriching and immersive experience, Azamara Cruises’ itineraries are packed with overnight stays and late nights in port, as well as visits to small ports that are inaccessible to big ships and even dedicated Formula 1 cruises.

Every cruise also includes one AzAmazing shore excursion as part of the cruise fare. This could be ballet in St. Petersburg or enjoying dinner while perched on a 350-foot-high cliff overlooking the Amalfi coast.

This was my fourth cruise on Azamara Journey- my favourite ship of all - I have done 40 cruises! I like the smaller more personal ships, I like everything about Azamara, cabins staff shows the ship itself plus the food of course plus it is all inclusive except for the excursions of course. It is a very friendly ship and everybody has a smile on their faces. I would thoroughly recommend it. My only fault I could find was not with Azamara but the hotel I was placed in for two days before the cruise- the 'Ibis Styles All Routes Athens Hotel'- although the hotel was fine it was only B&B and in a very seedy area that I wouldn't want to walk alone at night. There was nowhere to get a meal and I had to get a cab to take me both nights to get a meal. The hotel was situated a 12 € cab ride each way from the centre of Athens which was very disappointing!!!!
Excellent cruise ship. Crew helpful and friendly.
We have cruised many times and Azamara are up there with the best. The service was fantastic, food great and the white night in the Santorini basin was magnificent.
What Azamara lacks in big ship facilities it more than makes up for with the quality of its service. This was our first trip on a smaller ship and we were a little worried about whether there'd be enough to do. Nothing could be further from the truth. The difference is that there isn't the same frenetic atmosphere. You want a quality coffee? No paying extra, no queues, sit down and have it served or delivered to your room. Long days in port mean no rush to get off or back and often a courtesy bus taking you into the centre of things. Food and drink were super, though maybe the sheer size of a big cruise ship wins for variety in the buffet, but not for quality. Entertainment was relatively low key but no less good as a result, somehow feeling more engaged. Every member of the crew, whatever their role, said 'hello' like they actually cared. There were a few areas where things could be better but not serious enough to itemise and highlight. We're already thinking about our next small ship cruise and Azamara is right up there.
