New Orleans to Memphis was a fabulous cruise. Started with a couple of extra days in "The Big Easy" then the pre-cruise city tour. The cabins on the boat were snug to say the least (although having had a small flood in ours, we found there were larger cabins available). The staff on the cruise were fabulous from day one, and the food …. amazing. There were some wonderful stops along the way, although the Premium tours offered by the cruise line are really expensive compared to the amount you can pay locally. That said, the trip to Angola Penitentiary is not to be missed. One other small criticism is the daily gratuity charge. You can get this reduced but be ready for a lecture from the Pursers office. This was our first river cruise. We really enjoyed it and we have another planned this December.

Our first river cruise and definitely a different experience to an ocean cruise. One port was not available due to flooding on the Mississippi which was disappointing but unavoidable, I suppose. The cabins were very small but acceptable. Dining was OK at set times in the main dining room - the only alternative was a fairly limited buffet. Evening entertainment was not great and tended to be singers every night except for one where we had a magician (who was very good). The main highlight was the included hop on - hop off buses in each port of call. They were excellent. Overall the price was comparable to our favourite (Celebrity Suite) but the two were miles apart in terms of overall facilities and standard. Celebrity wins on this count !

Brilliant experience and a once in a lifetime holiday. Everything was lovely and we had great food and lovely wine with our evening meal. The staff were lovely and nothing was to much trouble. The entertainment was good and the entertainment staff put on a different show every night. The ports of call were all very different and the company have their own hop on off coaches which were super efficient.They even put extra stops of interest on at no extra cost. Sailing down the Mississippi was awesome and I would recommend this holiday to anybody if you want something different.

More than expected - great holiday. Would recommend it to everyone.

The boat was really very nice. Some nice areas to sit inside and outside The service in the dining room was atrocious! The majority of the staff could not be bothered and looked like they did not want to be there, they were almost slovenly.
