We really enjoyed our cruise. Excellent staff, really good food. Good entertainment, although didn’t like the the seating in the Palladium. No problem getting served and just about the right number of people on the cruise. Good stopping points but as always on cruises the excursions are expensive.

Embarkation quick and easy. Staff all great, helpful and courteous. Food very good. Only downside, Cherbourg was shut. Definitely would sale from Liverpool with Ambassador again

Ambition is a beautiful ship from top to bottom. Outstandingly clean, immaculate! Excellent food and service, the best staff I have ever encountered in every area if the ship. Professional, friendly and kind, so many smiles around the ship. My cabin (twin inside) was so roomy with plenty of cupboard/wardrobe space and coat hangers!! The most comfy bed ever. Entertainment excellent with shows/plays every day/night from fabulously talented people. For me this is my perfect ship/holiday. I loved the relaxed (not always formal) atmosphere, the professionalism and organisation from embarking to disembarking was incredible. Please continue to use Liverpool!! My Ambassador experience was everything and more and having cruised many many times over the years Ambassador is definitely for me and my best experience so far (am currently looking at brochure to book next one). The whole experience, the food, the comfort, the shows, the cleanliness and the staff PERFECT! Thank you so much x

Ambition is a lovely ship the staff are fantastic, the food was really lovely every night and there was always plenty of choice in the self service restaurant Borough Market The only negatives i have are the cabins bathroom is very small and the entertainment this year wasn't as good as last year's last year there were comedy shows this year it was all musicals But I loved the cruise and we have another one booked for May 2026 and can't wait
