Jane Macdonald and entire entertainment team made the cruise unforgettable
The ease of getting on at the beginning of the cruise and how quick to disembark at the end was very impressive
In general the cruise was above expectations

Embarking was surprisingly quick and smooth considering queue. Apart from one numpty that put his bag under tape to collect on his way back past, a silly thing to do under any security climate. We thought we’d be embarking Ambience from above after getting blown through the roof.
Recommend borough market restaurant for a no fuss breakfast with a huge selection of choice across the board.
FUN. Relax into the experience and make your own, enjoy.

Complete lack of transparency for the upgrade system, we offered full price for the deluxe suite and told we were unsuccessful. When we questioned this we were told that sales had sold the upgrade, so why were we not told this before and saved wasting our time?
Many of the serving staff appeared to have no training and slopped food onto plates.
We had to shuffle passed bunk system to get into bed. Very poor and worn mattress, pillows and sheets.
We don’t plan to use Ambassador again.
