Wi-fi

To browse the internet on board you'll have to buy a wi-fi package. Royal Caribbean have a range of packages which start at approx $20 per day. If you want the best deal it is best to pre-book one of these before you sail. You don't need a package to use the Royal Caribbean app on-board.

Speciality Dining

Specialty restaurants allow travellers to enhance their dining experience during the cruise. This is a great way to add variety to your holiday or celebrate a special occasion. You can pay for meals in the special dining restaurants onboard.

Tips

When you take a Royal Caribbean cruise, as well as your cruise fare, you’ll be expected to pay a little extra to the crew members. A daily service charge of $18 - $20 per person, per day (depending on your cabin) is applied to each guest's SeaPass account. This can be paid before or after your cruise.

Excursions

If you would like to do any excursions/tours while docked these will be an additional charge. Excursions/tours can’t currently be booked with us online but please contact us after you have made the booking if you would like to add these to your package. Alternatively these can be bought while on the ship but may be more expensive than pre-booking.

Parking

Car parking at the port or airport for the duration of your trip is not included within the price of the cruise. Port/airport parking can’t currently be booked with us online but please contact us after you have made the booking if you would like to add this to your package. An approximate cost for parking is between £12 - £20 per car per day. Alternatively we can arrange transfers from your home to the departure airport/port.

Transfers (home to port)

Transfers from your home to the port or airport aren't included but we can help organise coach transfers, taxis etc to make your life easier. Please contact us after you have made the booking if you would like to add these to your package.

Visa

Visas are not provided by us or the cruise operator. Visas and other travel documents have to be obtained by the individual passengers prior to sailing.

Allure of the Seas is a beautiful ship, with the most amazing staff. The ship is spotless, and there is plenty to do. The entertainment was phenomenal - West End performance of Mamma Mia, Aqua 80 Too water show, with former Olympic Divers, and Blades ice skating show with professional ice dancers are a few of the shows available. The food was excellent and plenty of choice. The Windjammer buffet is chaotic and we didn’t use it unless we had to. One port day we couldn’t get breakfast in it because it had reached capacity! The staff in the main dining room were very attentive and extremely helpful with food intolerances. Nothing was too much hassle. The downsides are the size of the ship and the cost of the drinks. There are few quiet places on the ship where you can really relax in peace. Frequently there is loud music playing in the Boardwalk area, and noise from the pool deck is very audible in the Central Park area. The drinks are ridiculously expensive, and there’s an 18% gratuity added to every drink, unless you have the drinks package. The spa was also very pricey so we didn’t use it, which is a shame because it looked lovely. I am not new to cruising, but this was my first experience of Royal Caribbean. Overall an amazing holiday but not really the cruise line for me.

Had a glorious time on the Allure of the Seas Caribbean cruise. We flew to Miami and stayed overnight. We boarded the cruise. It is a big ship with so much to do. I tried the rock climbing (harder than it looks), zipwire, ice skating, flowrider and even rode the carousel! The food on the cruise was amazing. So much choice. From burgers to salmon and everything in between. The shows were so good as well. I think the ice show was the best but the water show and the theatre were just as good. The only thing I would say that the could improve on are the choices for vegetarians.
