Went to Alaska from Vancouver for 7 nights in 2007 on The Sapphire Princess and it was totally outstanding. Fabulous food and very attentive staff. Had been on Royal Carribean Mariner of the Seas and much larger but fewer staff. 5 or 6 passengers for each member of staff but Princess has one staff member for 3 pasengers Just returned from a Norwegian Fjords cruise on The Sapphire Princes today . Totally impressed with the dining, swimming and fitness centre was all perfect. Cabins bigger on Princess than on Royal Caribbean. Princes has superb food and all cooked from fresh. We changed our minds about the lamb for dinner and had gambas prawns and Barramundi fish which was excellent. Diabetic deserters every day was great. Children's clubs were brilliant with attentive and creative staff. Lots of creative presents including a cowboy hat the children coloured themselves. Strongly recommend the Sapphie Princess.

Lovely ship, outside states room very good size, very clean, food good, enjoyed the pizzeria restaurant and ice cream both at no extra choice , not much variety in the Horizan. Staff were all very pleasant and friendly. Entertainment was ok, enjoyed the Beatles and Robbie Williams tribute act, being half term quite a few children, but l must say they were very well behaved in the MDR and the pools. Shops were dissapointing, l thought there would be more and was not much choice, special sales days, some of the goods were cheap and made in China, not suitable as gifts from Italy. A few of the trips Rome on your own and Florence/Pizza were long walks from drop offs which quite a few people found difficult, especially as the tour guild walked quickly, it was extremely hot and some people with sticks/wheelchair or just older found this difficult. A very enjoyable two weeks, l would definitely recommend this ship,

Just returned from a holiday we booked with Iglu Cruise. Just wanted to say a huge thank you. The trip was amazing and the transfers you arranged went so smoothly. We went to Singapore for 3 days the Holiday Inn was fantastic would have like to stay longer but then had to get the cruise ship to explore Asia. The whole thing was just perfect. Thank you so much.
