We have cruised on QM2 for the 3rd time, and never disappointed. The excellent food, staff and stateroom are always First Class, love this ship. We must also compliment Lin Bradshaw from Iglu, who always gives us so much helpful information and is really friendly so we always feel so confident with our booking and gives us peace of mind, with punctual transfers and fabulous accommodation on route.

I love all three and adore Cunard although they can be far from perfect at times . I do however find it fascinating that those that deride either Cunard or the ship don't appear to be able to spell or use the correct grammar. Really rather speaks volumes

A lovely ship, well built and very stable, with a great atmosphere. The choice of food was great but the quality was not always as good as other cruise lines. The ocean liner  had plenty of space despite having 2,400 passengers. Embarkation was straightforward and disembarkation was even smoother. Onboard staff were helpful, though on occasion there were sometimes too few staff on the counters. The overall experience was pretty good and we are likely to sail on her again.

Staff helpfulness sometimes suffered perhaps because of too few staff on the counters. Overall pretty good and we are likely to sail on her agaiin. It would have been very useful to know she was visiting Liverpool after Southampton as we may not have left but carried on to Liverpool. Iglu should have known better as they arranged the flight from Southampton back to Manchester.

A pleasant transatlantic voyage and the stateroom, service and facilities were very good. The speakers were generally interesting and the entertainers were both exciting and relaxing -- singers and dancers the former, harpists and pianists the latter ! The RADA group were excellent as was the speaker on Voyages of the Atlantic (3 talks) The niggle is the ship's layout. As the only true ocean liner afloat, its construction is different to other cruise ships: for example it has a stepped stern. This makes it quite awkward to find your way to the areas astern of the dining room for the main entertainments in the Queens's room, or the nightclub, further astern. Time and again we encountered other "lost" passengers! Similarly at the bow where there are two theatres, one above and behind the other, yet with a balcony as well: quite difficult to get to the one you intend. We have sailed on her before. We did wonder if the catering standards were slipping a bit. The King's Court food area is not well laid out. We did not brave the Todd English specialty restaurant as we had been very disappointed with it previously. We found the Queen Victoria to be a more satisfying ship.

We had an enjoyable Cruice out of New Yofk to Southampton from10/5/15. In booking you must make it clear to your Customers what cabin grades mean. We ended up with a Chelsea balcony which has no view unless one is standing up! We expected a clear view balcony and were disappointed. I also feel QM2 is resting on its laurels as it begins to look tatty and old. It needs a face lift.

Excellent throughout. Every detail was first class, staff, food,  cabins and general surroundings.

Everything was excellent, the food, the activities and the safety precautions was to the standard that only Cunard can provide.

Fantastic ship, the food and the service was wonderful. Only Cunard can set this level of service and activities

The QM2 lived up to its reputation - it was wonderful! The package put together by Iglu was very good, cheaper than going directly to Cunard.
