Cruised on the QM2 (10 days ) and on the Q Victoria(26days) Both ships were excellent. It is luxury cruising at an affordable price. The ships, the amenities, the service and the entertainment were all first class. Iglu are to be congratulated on the hotels booked. All excellent. The private transfers made the holiday work. They were efficient and reliable. Cunard provided good trips at all ports. They also provided shuttle busses for those not on trips. This was greatly appreciated. It is hard to cruise on another line after cruising with Cunard. The quality of their library and their speaker programme marks them out for me as a high class operation. Style, elegance,and comfort without fuss.

Sailed from Shanghai to Hong Kong on board the QM2 23rd February to 5th March 2019. This was our first cruise and although we have nothing to compare it with we felt that the ship lived up to our expectations of opulence and customer service. There were a few niggles;- 1) Purser - not very approachable. On the occasion of us leaving the ship on our last day, we were told the day before that we could do a self service check out which was ideal for our transfer time. We asked the evening before and on the actual morning, where we should be in order to disembark the ship and they did not know. We found out by chance as we spotted some other people queuing to disembark. 2) Wifi - I fail to understand that I can get wifi whilst on an Emirates flight at 37000 feet and yet it is not possible to get wifi without paying an extortionate amount on board the ship. I understand that this is probably quite lucrative for the ship. However, $14 for 30 mins is ridiculous it actually takes the minutes off as it is trying to connect??? Albeit the niggles the whole holiday and cruise experience was wonderful and I will be hoping to sail with Cunard again in the future. I would like to say that I will definitely be booking through Iglu again. The whole process was totally easy from when we landed in Shanghai the transfers from the airport to the hotel and then from the hotel to the cruise port and from the cruise port to the hotel in Hong Kong and to the airport in Hong Kong was fantastic every thing taken care of and hassle free. Thank you Iglu.

Excellent service throughout our 27 night cruise, from all the staff we encountered. Cabin staff, Buffet stewards and restaurant staff were always helpful, friendly and highly professional. High quality decor, a wide variety of relaxation areas, with extensive activities on sea and port days. Iglu staff were very helpful, even when flights were cancelled, they arranged alternative arrangements. A very good and enjoyable experience.

Very enjoyable cruise - food excellent, entertainment excellent, good shuttle buses to town centres. Some tours were not up to standard expected for the prices charged. For example - bus on one tour was a bus rather than a coach - no knee room.

Fantastic ship, with great crew my 27 days flew by, will look forward to my next trip.

The classic cruise!! Every thing you could desire is on this ship, so look no further. And all made possible with Iglu. After many cruises arranged with them I have nothing but praise. Always helpful in every way possible. The downside is the amount of waiting at the airports but a small price to pay.

The cruise was brilliant from start to finish, so many destinations sights, the ship is great, feeling of not being. crowded despite the fact it was fully occupied. The food was excellent the accomodation spacious and the captain of the ship conducted our wedding beautifully.. such a lovely wedding and honeymoon. Entertainment excellent, as was the activities around the ship. We will be back

Cunard is going down market. Evidence of cost cutting- pencils in the cabins? Entertainment only average. On this particular itinerary, Goa should be cut out. We were forced to purchase expensive visas even if we stayed on board ship which turned out to be a better option.. Much queueing for boarding at Dubai. However, couldn’t fault Iglu
