Accessibility good around cabin and ship; for my husband who had mobility problems. Staff friendly, professional and very helpful they all give good service. Ship clean but did have a few issues with some areas had leaks, staff tried their best to cope with it. Food was good quality and the choice was also good. We preferred to dine in main dining room and Saffron. Enjoyed entertainment, especially Pulse.

Loved every minute of this cruise, staff so efficient and kind. Food was ok, but would have liked more variety, in the buffet restuarant. Found the bars very cold. Entertainment excellent. Cabin was amazing R514 midship. So handy. Did not go on any excursions and did not join in any activities.

We not been on ventura but found the staff friendly, helpful and very professional. Nothing was too much trouble for them. My husband needed an accessible cabin and it was perfect for him. Bathroom was execeptional. Would definitely cruise again on Ventura.

Excellent service and the food was incredible. Plus, the entertainment was great too.

Whole experience of cruise was awesome, absolutely wonderful. Service was perfect and all cruise services staff were very kind, polite and caring. Just a suggestion the television in a room was very small and not many good movies selection, bigger size television would be an ideal. Thanks for the wonderful experience we had with our first ever cruise.

Had a fabulous time, the ship was great, but the highlight was the dinner service every night. The staff who looked after us were amazing and the food varied and faultless. We didn't do any activities or excursions hence the lower rating for that.
