Lovely atmosphere on this ship. Does need a bit of updating in places but generally a lovely ship. Enjoyed the whole experience and would cruise on the Azura again.

First cruise and what a lovely experience it was. It will stay with me all my life. Nothing in this world today can be perfect of course, but there were so many positives in this holiday that made it feel almost perfect. Thank you Iglu for a great deal. I’m sure we’ll be coming to you again.

Just come back from the fjords 18thmay.the cruise was great but the crew were not the friendliest we have met.the ship is having a refit next March and to be honest does need it .the shows were good and worth seeing. You can save a lot of money booking tours just off the ship and walking to edge of port.

Absolutely loved our first cruise

My second time on this ship but the first time for my partner and our two friends who were on their first cruise - and it was excellent ! Happy crew , lovely facilities , great entertainment and a marvellous itinerary x so much so that we are hoping to go back next February !

We have just returned from a most enjoyable cruise on the Azura. Our Ocean view cabin was small but very comfortable. Our steward Elais was excellent. We enjoyed the ship and made good use of the the special restaurants and the Costa coffee. Some of the shows were very good especially The Shamrock Tenors and the Welsh tenor. We enjoyed all the port stops. Please note you should make it clear that if required a taxi rank is available at the coach stop just outside Brugge !! All in all everything went well and Iglu service was excellent.

Hi great time, just one thing, asked for a table near door, got one near window, My husband has a mobile buggie, just awkward driving between people, poor waiters had a bit of a time.Great mobility cabin, plenty of room for him there.

booked the cruise for 2 cabins for 5 people and for the first time ever in all the cruises we have booked we were not next to each other, we were actually on different decks at different sides of the ship. When I went to reception I was told I would have to take it up with my travel agent when I got home so there was no attempt to rectify the situation. We travelled from the Isle of Man on our local ferry to Liverpool then down to Southampton,5 of us in a Honda Jazz so had limited luggage space and so decided not to take dinner suits etc with us and just go reasonably casual. However on the two black tie evenings they had, we found we were only allowed to have dinner in the self service buffet and in very few other places.One night the bars were all full until we eventually found an empty one to be told by the waitress the room was only available to the dinner jacketed guests,yet the bar we were allowed in was full with the suited guests. It ruined two of our evenings aboard and we ended up going back to our cabins very early. Otherwise the holiday was excellent value for money just very disappointed we were not together as a family.

The food was good, and staff were entertaining. The shows varied - a lot! Prices of drinks and excursions so much better than the "American" cruise lines. Enjoyed the holiday. Thanks P&O.
