Cannot find any fault with this ship. It was our first cruise and we were amazed at the speed and efficiency of checking in and arriving on board. From arriving at Southampton dock to entering the restaurant on Deck 14 for lunch was 30 minutes. The luggage disappeared from the boot of the car and re-appeared in our cabin by the time we had finished lunch and this speed and efficient service remained for the whole cruise to disembarkation twelve days later. All the staff from cabin steward, waiters, security right though to the ship's officers were attentive and always had a smile no matter what time of day or night you saw them. The chef's were first class in their choice of meals and presentation. Iglu, who were our first contact with the concept of cruising were extremely helpful and made sure that all our requirements were covered (both of us have a mobility problem) and kept us fully informed of each stage from day of contact right through to returning home. We are now hooked on P&O cruising and shall always use Iglu as our booking agent.
