Ocean Countess, Cruise and Maritime

We have just returned from cruising to Iceland. What a brilliant time we had. The Ocean Countess staff made us feel that our holiday was important to them, and they were friendly, happy, caring and kind to us throughout the whole 12 nights. Despite a major storm which affected our itinerary, we were on schedule (if not early) at each port of call. Thank you, Captain. The entertainment was first class - we sometimes watched the show twice, they were that good! Food was excellent, beautifully presented and extremely tasty. Compliments to the Chef and all his team - and all the waiters. Our cabin steward was a star - considerate and always available, and truly inventive with the towels - thanks, Neal. Our DVD memento is great, bringing back lovely memories of a fantastic holiday - thanks Oskar and team. Absolutely, no complaints, just thanks to everyone (David, Jodie, Louise and Louise, Nadia, Romana and everyone else). We'll start saving now for our next trip. Thanks, Sharon and Barrie Nicol

This was my first cruise and it was most enjoyable, the staff are very attentive and helpful. Everything is spotless. The music is a bit loud but no other complaints. Excursions are well organised and have good guides. The good weather and calm seas a bonus.
