Summary:  I was lucky enough to experience the brand new Norwegian ship last week in all her glory. Being that it was the first Norwegian ship I had been on I had no idea what to expect. My first impression was WOW, she was tastefully decorated with a gorgeous atrium area. The food was super, self-service buffet had lots of choice. The freedom style of dining for the evenings can mean long queues so they give you a buzzer and buzz you once a table is ready OR TOP TIP you can pre-book a certain time. We dined in the Manhattan room, this was like a New York club with a live band and saxophonist playing while you eat. The food was excellent quality we all agreed and great choices too, I had lobster! For KIDS – The water park and water slides look like so much fun, there are video arcades and sports courts. There is a Teen area and all the usual kiddies clubs however what is brand new is the high ropes on the top deck, a bit like GO APE – perfect ship for families. Staterooms were really nice, I had a Balcony which was very spacious, more so than the Royal Princess and Britannia balcony staterooms. One point is I would say its worth getting a drinks package as drinks are expensive. (The Sugarcane Mojito bar was a favourite though!) Also worth noting, passengers in STUDIO cabins get access to a singles lounge similar to the Epic. Staff were friendly and overall impression was FAB SHIP!!!
