Single holidaymakers may well wish to book onto a holiday with
Island Cruises, after it was announced that the cruise line is specifically targeting guests travelling alone for its cruises.
Island Cruises notes that savings are now available for singles sailings on its
Mediterranean cruises for single travellers for the months of April, May, June, October and November.
Such fly-cruise holidays depart from Birmingham, Gatwick or Manchester and arrive in Palma for cruises to Sicily, Naples, Florence, Pisa, Toulon and Barcelona.
Activities available for solo guests on holidays with
Island Cruises include taking cocktails by the pool and taking part in onboard activities and entertainment programmes.
"Travelling alone [passengers] can choose how to enjoy themselves [by] doing as much or as little as they like," the cruise line noted.
Passengers can also meet up with other guests also travelling alone at the
Island Cruises "Solos lunch" held at the beginning of each cruise.
