Luxury cruise line Royal Caribbean
has announced the itineraries for the Oasis of the Seas
' inaugural year, with sailings planned for the east and west Caribbean.
While the ship's inaugural voyage will not take place until December 2009, passengers can make bookings from September of this year.
Ports of call will include Jamaica, Haiti, Phillipsburg, Nassau and Cozumel, Mexico.
The cruise line said it had been working closely with all new ports to ensure that passengers enjoyed a seamless experience throughout their voyages.
"Royal Caribbean is working in partnership with the Port Authority of Jamaica to complete the new Falmouth Cruise Pier by March 2010, as well as establish the associated infrastructure necessary to welcome cruise ship guests," the company said earlier this week.
Other destinations served by Royal Caribbean
include Alaska, Asia, New Zealand and the Panama Canal.
