has enlisted the help of celebrity chef Atul Kochhar, who will assist the cruise line in developing one of the restaurants onboard the P&O Azura
, which is due to launch in 2010.
Michelin star chef Kochhar will help to develop an Indian restaurant on the ship, joining Marco Pierre White and Gary Rhodes who already work with P&O.
In addition, wine expert Olly Smith has also been recruited to assist the cruise line in creating a new restaurant and wine bar known as the Glass House, TravelMole reports.
The Azura will be one of P&O's sleekest vessels yet and will feature 900 cabins with private balconies, along with a luxury health spa.
"Among the new developments Azura also features all the qualities inherent in the P&O Cruises experience, such as fine dining, a world-class spa, extensive family friendly facilities and specially commissioned works of British art," the cruise line's managing director Nigel Esdale said.
Other vessels operated by P&O include the Ventura
and the Oriana
