has announced the shore excursions itinerary for its African and Asian Odyssey that departs in December on the liner Artemis
Anyone lucky enough to be on board as the liner heads off on this latest cruise is in for a real treat, as Artemis
sails the Indian Ocean to the Middle East and Asia.
A number of fantastic shore excursions will be available to passengers on the Artemis
as part of the African and Asian Odyssey, including a host of once-in-a-lifetime opportunities.
Excursions include a Namibian desert adventure, departing from South Africa using a 4x4, the only way to reach the parts of the region that the tour explores. In Vietnam, passengers can take a Cu Chi Tunnels excursion, with takes you to the underground network where Vietnamese fighters lived and fought from.
"These tours really do provide the 'wow factor'. There are very few people who will have the opportunity to experience one, let alone so many unique adventures in one holiday," said Philip Price, Head of Brand Marketing at P&O Cruises.
"Many passengers on board Artemis are experienced cruisers and for them it's important we offer something fresh and exciting."
